With the NFL draft approaching in a few hours, there remains some uncertainty of how each team will spend their first round pick.

Now that the Combine, Pro Days and interviews are complete, players are done proving themselves and must just sit back in wait to see where they are selected. Below is my final draft of picks 1-32.

1. Carolina Panthers- Cam Newton, QB, Auburn

It's pretty much a done deal. The Panthers need a franchise QB to boost that horrid offense, and that QB is Cam Newton.

2. Denver Broncos- Von Miller, OLB, Texas A&M

The Broncos were last in sacks last season. With John Fox at the helm, it will be a tough choice between improving their D- Line or their pass rush.

3. Buffalo Bills- Marcell Dareus, DT, Alabama

I think the Bills should take Patrick Peterson here. It will also be tempting for them to take Gabbert but expect them to take Dareus since Von Miller was taken one pick before.

4- Cinncinnatti Bengals- AJ Green, WR, Georgia

This ones simple. The Bengals need a WR and AJ is the top on the board.

5- Arizona Cardinals- Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU

It's amazing the most talented player in the draft may fall this far, the Cardinals will be happy to have him.

6- Clevland Browns- Julio Jones, WR, Alabama

The Browns top reviever last season was Muhammed Masaqui. They will upgrade and take Jones, a close second in top reciever to Green.

7- San Fransisco 49ers- Prince Amukamara, CB, Nebraska

While they would love to see Peterson fall here, the 9ers will be happy to take Prince at 7.

8- Tennessee Titans- Nick Fairley, DT, Auburn

The Titans have had a hole at DT ever since they got rid of Albert Haynesworth. They will address this need with a potential star in Nick Fairley.

9- Dallas Cowboys- Tyron Smith, OT, USC

With the two best corners off the board, the Broncos will look to provide protection for Tony Romo.

10- Washington Redskins- Blaine Gabbert, QB, Mizzou

The Redskins will be happy to see the Titans pass on Gabbert.

11- Houston Texans- Robert Quinn, DE, UNC

The Texans will take a DE since to two top corners will be off the board.

12- Minnesota Vikings- Jake Locker, QB, Vikings

The Vikings like Locker and are in need of a QB.

13- Detroit Lions- Anthony Castonzo, OT, Boston College

If the Lions are smart, they will get some protection for Matt Stafford.

14- St. Louis Rams- JJ Watt, DE, Wisconsin

The Rams will look to upgrade their D Line.

15- Miami Dolphins- Mike Pouncey, G, Florida

While it looked obvious they would take Ingram, they will look to address RB later in the draft.

16- Jacksonville Jaguars- Cameron Jordan, DE, California

The Jags get a steal at 16.

17- New England Patriots Muhammed Wilkerson, DT, Temple

The Pats need help at D-line with one of their two picks.

18- San Diego Chargers- Cameron Hayeward, DE, Ohio State

The Chargers like Cameron and will be willing to take a chance on him.

19- New York Giants- Akeem Ayers, OLB, Mizzou

The Giants need a replacement for Keith Bullocks.

20- Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Ryan Kerrigan,

The Bucs will take the DE from Purdue.

21- Kansas City Chiefs- Nate Solder, OT, Colorado

The Chiefs need help at O-Line and Solder is a solid option.

22- Indianapolis Colts- Derrek Sherrod, OT, Miss State

Sherrod will provide great protection for Peyton.

23- Philadelphia Eagles- Corey Liguet, DT, Illinois

The Eagles need improvement at DT.

24- New Orleans Saints- Da'quan Bowers, DE, Clemson

The Saints will be happy to take Bowers, who was slated for a top 3 pick 2 months ago.

25- Seattle Seahawks- Marvin Austin, DT

The Seahawks will get a great DT in Austin.

26- Baltimore Ravens- Jimmy Smith, CB, Colorado

Would be a great addition to an already great defense.

27- Atlanta Falcons- Justin Houston, DE, Georgia

The Falcons need help on defense and could use a solid pass rusher.

28- New England Patriots- Mark Ingram, RB, Alabama

The Pats will take Mark Ingram, who will be a gift at 28.

29- Chicago Bears- Danny Watkins, OT, Baylor

The Bears make the smart move and look to improve a shaky O-line.

30- New York Jets- Phil Taylor, DT, Baylor

Any success the Jets find is usually tailored through their defense and Taylor will be a strong anchor in the middle of their D-line.

31- Pittsburgh Steelers- Aaron Williams, CB, Texas

The Steelers clearly need help in their secondary.

32- Green Bay Packers- Brooks Reed, DE, Arizona

The Packers would love to add to their stellar defense.
